21/11/10 - Southern Counties Foal Show

Weston Polly’s Sapphire came 5th in the filly foals with 13 entered so another strong class this week. Ronswood Fancy That came 2nd in the yearling class, which we were very pleased about as it is only her 2nd show she has been to. Very well done Fancy. Southwaite Cabaret came 3rd in the yearling class.

14/11/10 - South Eastern Foal Show

Another good day for us today. We took Weston Polly’s Sapphire and Southwaite Cabaret. The filly foal class had 14 entered, so it was a very strong class, with the top studs entered. We got 4th which we were pleased about. It was only Polly’s second show since we have brought her so overall a very pleased owner. Southwaite Cabaret came 2nd in the yearling class. Very pleased with all the results on the day.

07/11/10 - Home Counties Foal Show

We had a good day today at Home Counties. We took 2 foals, a yearling and a 2 year old. Weston Polly’s Sapphire came 4th in the filly foal class, which we were very pleased about as it was her first show with us since we brought her from Fayre Oaks. Dara Cheeky Girl came 6th in the filly foal class, Souhtwaite Cabaret came 2nd in the yearling class and Ronswood Gina came 2nd in the 2year old class. Overall a fun and good day with very well behaved ponies.

25-26/09/10 - Fayre Oaks Sale

First year of going to Fayre Oaks and it was freezing. We ended up buying a lovely cream filly foal called Weston Polly’s Sapphire. She has settled in lovely and loves going out to play with our foal Dara Cheeky Girl. We cannot wait to start the showing season with her and we hope she does very well.

30/08/10 - Home Counties Summer Show

Southwaite Charity came 3rd in the Brood Mare class and Dara Cheeky Girl also came 3rd in the Foal class. A tough class for both mare and foal.

Ronswood Gina came 4th in the 2yr Filly class again a strong class

29/08/10 - S.C.W.P.&C.A Summer Show

A very organised show today, well done to everyone. We had a good day with our yearling filly coming 5th against some top quality ponies. It was her first show she has been to, so well done Ronswood Fancy That. Our yearling colt came 2nd Southwaite Cabaret and our 3 yr old filly Lapstone Xena came 5th.

JULY 2010

20/07/10 - Royal Welsh Show

Went to the Royal Welsh Show again this year, we didnt take anything but just went to watch. We went to watch the stallion class as Blanche Gwillym was there this year who our colt is by. The weather wasn’t to bad, but anything is better then last years.

JUNE 2010

20/06/10 - S.E.W.P.C.A Summer Show

A tough brood mare class today, but we were very pleased with our results. Southwaite Charity came 3rd, and Dara Cheeky Girl came 2nd in her first show.

13/06/10 - N.P.S Summer Show

Our foundation mare Southwaite Charity went to N.P.S Summer show today. She came 2nd in a tough class of Mares 4yrs & over. Well done Charity.

MAY 2010

30/05/10 - Two new mares

Today we have purchased new mares from the Ronswood Stud. Ronswood Gina & Ronswood Fancy That. Our colt Southwaite Cabaret is very pleased with the choice of mares we have got for him. Thank you Ron and Vanessa Mardon.

APRIL 2010

11/04/10 - SCWP&CA Spring Show

Went to Newbury today for the spring show. Despite the weather being cold we had a good turn out from the members. Our section a colt Southwaite Cabaret came 2nd in the yearling class.

01/04/10 - Our First Filly Foal

Today our first foal arrived. Southwaite Charity gave us a stunning filly who we have named Dara Cheeky Girl. She is the first welsh a with our new prefix name.
